Planning consent granted on appeal for five village houses.

Planning consent for the redevelopment of a former garage site in the village of Urchfont, Wiltshire into five homes has been granted on appeal. The proposed scheme was initially recommended for approval by the Planning Officer but the application was called in by the planning committee and subsequently refused. Following a thorough review process by the Planning inspectorate the appeal was upheld.

Our design respects the village’s character in the use of materials and detailing and provides a variety of energy efficient homes.
