Cedar Court involved the conversion of a distinctive 1970s office building into 30 contemporary residential apartments and was approved under Permitted Development.

Externally our design retained much of the building’s original character. Improvements included the replacement of the windows, refurbishment of the concrete cladding, changes to the ground floor fenestration and the introduction of new black stained timber panelling.

Internally, the existing stair cores were retained, while the former open plan office accommodation was reconfigured to create a mix of one and two bedroom apartments. The development also included improvements to the surrounding landscaping, with ground floor apartments benefiting from new private external courtyards.
